Mario Aguilar - School Base Lead / MAAC Case Manager

Mario's upbringing in a blended family with seven siblings shaped his perspective on the value of family. Despite facing challenges such as time in the system and relying on welfare, education wasn't a priority for him until his late teens. It was in his early 20s, when he started attending church, that Mario began to appreciate the importance of helping others. In 2005, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Ministry. Working with youth holds a special place in Mario's heart, as he can connect with them on various levels. Giving back to his community by mentoring young individuals is a way for him to guide them, drawing from his own experiences.
